Dračevac Beach — Attraction in Općina Podgora

Somehow we've entered the beach by path on which was no sign that this is a Nudist beach. We came before 7 o'clock in the morning and there was no people at all so we took nice spot under the tree branches. Couple hours later we found ourselfs surrounded by naked people😅. That's when we knew that this is a Nudist beach, but regarding the best spot that we took, we didn't really want to move all the way (300m) to crowded normal beach, so we stayed. It wasn't a problem for us to be in bathing suits on Nudist beach but we were explained that others might feel uncomfortable, so we respectfully left (I was a bit irritated, but we have to respect each other).

I have absolutely no intention to make fun of it, we're having complete normal understanding and acceptance of the fact that some people like to beach in our, so to say, nature appearance.

My personal opinion, that we should all chill out, and quit looking on each other as on some naked/dressed terrorists 😅. I can say that nowadays we're (humans) surely selfaware enough to be chill with this.

Unrelated note: Pay attention to the branches of the pine trees (if you're sitting underneath), when the temperature is above 30°C, the resin might drop...

Gorgeous quiet beach. Full details: It’s a nudist beach. You can keep your bathing suit on, but go past the beach bar to avoid unwelcome looks. There is no free parking. You have a bit of offside road, enough to fit 5-6 cars but unless you go early morning it’s impossible to get a spot. There is a paid parking on the opposite side of the road (80kn for the day but you can pay by hour). As we didn’t want to pay for parking, we parked at the beginning of the road of the paid parking and got fined 😂 (200kn). As 99% of the beaches in Croatia, it’s a pebbles beach, so take your water shoes, beach mattress so you can lay down. There are sunbeds for rent during the day (40kn) - we used two after 3pm and no one charges us though. There’s a beach bar, reasonable prices given the location: 24kn for a pint, 45kn for a cocktail, 50kn hamburger with fries, 12kn...

Nude beach!! FKK beach!! On the south part... Too bad there are still people not respecting that, if you don't want to be naked, that's fine! There is more than enough place on the rest of the beaches, all the way up to the north of Tucepi!! If 1 naturist, would walk naked on boulevard, everyone would be in shock... but other way around no respect for the nudists. Sad!! The beach on it self is okay, some garbage in the bushes, no showers, but there is a little bar. Just 6/7 parking places on the roadside Otherwise payed parking on the other side!
