The winery with a difference! We visited several wineries on our recent holiday but we certainly had the most memorable experience here. We arrived around 19.00 and were greeted by a lovely warm and charming lady who’s uncle owned the winery. She was attentive and extremely helpful and not pushy in anyway . We asked her more questions that included finding more about life in the town and she couldn’t have been more helpful, even bringing us some snacks. The wine was very nice and we followed some visitors from Hungary who just bought 9 litres of olive oil. We then tasted it and understood why. My fiancé and I had the best time ever here today . The views are beautiful and it’s so calm , so authentic. Jackie - the daughter of the man who grows the grapes - was so hospitable and sat and talked with us , gave us local recommendations, and was just amazing. She told us all about the history of the winery and how different wines are made. We had the full tasting of 2 white wines , 1 rose, 1 red , 1 dessert wine , 4 liqueurs and a whole massive plate of snacks : I didn’t want to leave. Do NOT miss out going here !!
