Vina Radovan — Attraction in Općina Višnjan

Great winery, not far away from Porec. We went spontaneous there before dinner to have an aperitif and to enjoy a nice glass of wine. Vina Radovan is located in the picturesque village called Radovani, 5min driving time away from Visnjan. The selection of wines is small but high in quality. Try their Refosk and the fresh Malavazija. Just great. Besides the nice wines I was most impressed about the hosts. They have welcomed us, as if we knew eachother for years. Bread, homemade olive oil and cheese was servedy without asking for it. The glasses were always full and the prices for their premium wines are reasonable and approx. 10-15% lower then at other local wineries. The tavern is just next to the wine cellar in an original Istrian rustic design. We planned to stay 1h but stayed 2 1/2h as we liked it that much. I can only...

We had an amazing time visiting Vina Radovan for a wine tasting and tour. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location — the vineyard is truly breathtaking and offers the perfect setting for a relaxed and authentic wine experience.

Our guide was absolutely fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about both the wine and the history of the estate. The tour was engaging and informative, and the wines we tasted were absolutely delicious — each with its own unique character.

To top it all off, we were served a lovely platter of local snacks that paired beautifully with the wines, adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Best malvais I had. Their Malvais sur lie was sublime (but not for sale at this time)

I had a great experience! They produce small amounts of Wine with high quality. I've tasted several malvais en terran based rose this trip, but this place stood out! Less important, but still, the cheese and sausage platter was also realy realy good. I bought some wines, how could I NOT, and put myself on the list for when the malvais sur lie was available again.
