About 4 km long path accessible by stroller. Although some parts are harder to get by as there are visible roots but nothing unmanageable. All around the trail are information panels about local flora and fauna. Good for a walk on a hot day because most of the track is in the forest.

Frankly, I probably can not be completely objective right now because I love and admire this place so much that I'm always see it and feel it the same warm and cozy way no matter if it's in the middle of summer or winter. It has some endless peace and tranquility in it self.

A great place to visit ... A historic castle converted into a museum and a beautiful lake where you can pedal or if you like long walks there is a beautiful path around the lake.

Description
Lake Trakošćan is an artificial lake located in Trakošćan, Hrvatsko Zagorje, Croatia. The lake measures about 1.5 kilometres in length, and around 17 hectares in area. Its average depth is 2.5 metres. The water reaches temperatures up to 28 °C in summer. The lake freezes over for three months during the winter.
