Ski Areál Kouty — Attraction in okres Šumperk

Great ski park in Jeseníky. We were in January and due to weather, one of the biggest slopes was out of order. There were plenty of skiers. However, we could easily manage to ski and had great time, because it is very spacy. It is usually quite cold there because the slopes are situated on the northern side of the hills and the sun dont shine in this direction at all. The ski area provides with one 6-seat chair lift and 2 small cable lifts. Everything is in accordance with the highest standarts and very similar, as far as I know(Austria and Italy). Parking is available in 4 big parking spots, usually free of charge. Restaurant and toilets are also available. The prices are average and we have not experimentem any long queues(saturace...

Slopes were great, long and accessible, not cheap but it was maintained well. The women selling the tickets was extremely rude because couldn't say one word in English and was very bothered by mine simple questions. She could kill me with her eyes if she could 😅, the staff on the slopes were rude too , shouted at us for going over the line by the ski lifts just silly really. No vegetarian option in the restaurant at the top and small choice of eating anything else too but...

Trasy nieprzygotowane, muldy i lód już na otwarciu rano. Lewa (na mapie) trasa opisana jako ze sztucznym śniegiem była zamknięta w szczycie sezonu, pozostałe dwie nieprzygotowane. Jeden orczyk wyłączony, drugi oblodzony - mnóstwo dzieci z niego spadało i co chwila się zatrzymywał. Dla tych co sądzą że zakwaterowanie jest pod samym stokiem - jest do przejścia około 300m od najbliższego zakwaterowania do wyciągu taśmowego. Ogólnie w szczycie sezonu, ze sztucznym śniegiem, warunki bardzo słabe. Jest odczucie że wszystko robione po kosztach, np wieczorem wyjeżdża jeden ratrak na pół godziny i koniec, nie dojedzie nawet do połowy trasy. O godzinie 9 gdy otwiera się wyciąg nie ma sztruksu, są muldy i lód z poprzedniego dnia. Na plus brak kolejek do wyciągu krzesełkowego, ale już w barze na szczycie trzeba czekać w kolejce 30-40 minut. Kolejny plus to szkółka narciarska, jakość oceniam pod kątem progresu jaki zrobiły dzieci (szczególnie instruktorka Wendy zasługuje na mega uznanie). Ale uwaga - ceny na stronie są nieaktualne (600 CZK/1h). Lekcje kosztują 990 CZK i nie ma żadnych zniżek za wykupienie 5 godzin lekcji więc rezerwując lekcje potwierdź cenę. Być może dobre miejsce na jednodniowy wypad (duży parking, zawsze znajdziesz miejsce), ale na pewno słabe miejsce na...
