BRuNO family park — Attraction in okres Brno-město

Long story short, an extremely high price for very poor service! I will never recommend to book a children's birthday party at Bruno. We used to go there very often - mostly to celebrate birthdays for our children and classmates. But yesterday was really the last time. Bruno lost big part of customers. It seems that they are just taking advantage of the fact that there is not so much choice in Brno. You leave a huge amount of money just paying for each single move and you end up with a complete mess - a dark cold room, a disorganized program, people just don't communicate with each other, so before the program is over, they bring all the food and the kids eat it cold , from the same dirty plates they had before with the cake, so you have to go and ask, and manage each single step by your own. They finished the program without disco (of course charging you for the whole program) and then explained that it was your fault because you wanted the kids to eat a warm meal! Then they agree to hold a disco, you run and gather all the children so that they say - no, we won't do it, because we don't have time for it. And all this with such behavior, as if you are complaining here for nothing! Come on guys, how long do you think you can keep providing such poor service for such a high price? All of above for 15k czk and one free coffee, really? I do not recommend and will avoid any visits to Bruno...

For kids, Bruno Family Park is a wonderland- giant slides, trampolines, bumper cars, underground tunnels, a zip line, water park, and so much more.

On a Wednesday morning around 10:10 a.m. my six-year-old daughter and I visited for the day. Here’s our experience.

1. Admission: Arriving ten minutes after it opened, we waited in line for just under 10 minutes. At the reception, you’re given a bracelet for a locker and how you charge food. You pay for everything, including the admission, at the end as you leave.

2. Amenities: There’s inside and an outside areas. Inside, there are tunnels, trampolines, slides, climbing ropes, and more. Outside is the water area, a bird-nest-themed playground and a machine that spins.

For 25 CZK per ticket purchased at the reception, you can ride the bumper cars, the boats, and jump on the outdoor blob.

My daughter’s favorites were the tunnels, zip line, blue slides, bumper cars, the blob, and the trampoline closest to the cafe.

There’s also one cafe that serves hot and cold food. The prices are i falter comparably, but also not horrible.

3. Service: Staff are throughout and helpful. A few of them speak English.

The park itself is great. The staff, especially the front desk, is terrible. They are the only show in town, so they act like they're doing you a favor in being let in the facilities. Got a number and waited 30 mins. Then our small kids 6 and 2 got hungry. Took them to a nearby cafe, came back after 30 mins, and the number was already called, so the only option was to get a new number and wait again.

I pleaded that it was not fair to the kids. It's raining. They were hungry, and their own restaurant is only inside, so i had to go elsewhere. Would not budge and gave me a lecture about how if all families did that, they would be unable to run their park. I said we're in Brno as visitors, Fair point, and I explained that I didn't fly over oceans to scam their system, and could she please let us in next. No, she got even more haughty and had to wait another 30 mins. Would have left, but kids were so disappointed i couldn't.
