Aqualand Moravia — Attraction in okres Brno-venkov

We visited the water park on 24th July 2023 (Monday). Be prepare for waiting time! First you have to wait to enter the park, then you have to wait for rides, then you have to wait to exit the park, then you have to wait to pay the parking and lastly you must wait to exit the parking lot. Keep in mind that cooling boxes are not allowed in the therme/park. So in case you bring food do not put it in a cooling box! At the entrance they will take it away. You get a ticket with a number and at the exit they return it. About waiting for rides. For High Five there is a waiting time more than 1h. In case you decide to take a fast track you will have to pay roughly €12 per ride (299 čkr). Considering that the entrance fee is already a €45 per adult that could easily pile up to quite a considerable amount to pay at the end. For Abyss and Boomerang, the waiting time was way less, around 15 minutes. High five, Abyss and Boomerang are really adrenalin rides. Keep in mind that the minimum height for these rides is 140 cm, therfore not really suitable for kids. Waiting time for indoor slides depends on the raft you're waiting. If your waiting for a raft for 3 people you might have to count with roughly half an hour. They have four of five rafts and it goes really slow. Three people. Raft is suitable only for Blue trio slide. Waiting is much shorter if you wait for rafts for 2 people. Two people rafts are suitable for Blue trio, Sky drive and Yellow crash. Magic hole can be ridden without a raft, but they suggest to have a mat for it. Other slides we didn't ride because we didn't want to wait that long anymore. Overall, super nice time if you don't...

This place is incredibly overpriced, not to mention that we purchased our tickets (we are only two adults, I can’t even imagine going here with a family!) in advance to “save money”. Well, there are many other ways how this place can totally RIP YOU OFF. Are you looking for the slides? Not too fast, the waiting cues can take up to 75+ minutes, if you do not want to wait this long, you are very welcome to pay 300 CZK (€12.60) per ride to use “fast track” which is almost 1/3 of the entire entrance fee, in what reality, please? Again as two adults, we’ve been only on two slides during the entire day. I’ve been to water parks in multiple countries and I never came across with this money digging system. Wow! Even Legoland turns out to be way (WAY) cheaper than this!

Another thing to mention, there are many visitors during the summer (the outside are opens only after 1 July, no matter how good the weather is, so you cannot take an advantage of not having kids and going here before the school year is over), and due to the huge amount of people everywhere I felt this place was completely unsanitary. Dirty little pools for your feet, weird stink all over the place is just a tip of an iceberg.

The service of your employees is disastrous. This is the second time we have been in the last two months(the first time was a completely different story) and I am completely disappointed. We paid for a day spa and in the package we get robes and towels. Last time they had no problem changing our wet towels for new dry ones this time they want to charge us for it. I have never in my life experienced that they dont wannt to give a new dry towel in the wellness/spa center when I return the old one. But that is not all. At the end of working hours we were evicted from the facility. The security guard (whom we asked his name didn’t want to reveal to us) yelled that we were getting lost because it was 9pm. I realize the opening hours are until 9pm, but we were having fun and didn’t see the end of working hours. They didn't even let us dry our hair, but my friend and I had to travel back to Austria with our heads wet, and the security guard watched us change. At the box office we asked a colleague for the security guard's name and she didn't want to say it, just like the manager Vratko Ludvik (his name is on the wall). They have treated us terribly unprofessionally and it is unfortunate that such a beautiful place is being destroyed by your employees. We will certainly...
