Hotel Termal Mušov — Hotel in okres Brno-venkov

No air conditioner in the room - even says comfort room - outside Temp 32 °C , a lot of mosquitos , no nets on the windows- terrible for children, Wifi signal very weak - almost 00000.||Rooms were not clean !!. A lot of spider webs, dead fly's and mosquitos around the windows and room's corner. No curtains on standard rooms.||Breakfast very bad, every day something missing ( no hot water to make tee or coffee, no bread etc.). Breakfast Time from 7am until 9:45 but if you came at 9 am almost everything empty.||Very unpleasant staff restaurant. I have booked this hotel for another 10 people for the first time, there were a lot of complaints.I would never ever recommend this hotel. I would suggest to close this hotel or remove it from the hotel's list until they improve everything.Very...

It was nice place years ago, but now is not. Administration is bad with maintenance. Room: old-fashioned, not cozy; bed it hard as rock (feels like no mattress at all); doors in the shower box are not closing properly (and it is like that since my last stay in this room two years ago). Bad and dirty drainage - water after shower is everywhere. And accomodation doesn't include visiting the termál, you should pay additionally to visit the pool. Termál: dirty, shower hoses are licking - water is spraying any direction except on you. Again - the same for two years I visit the place. This is the cheapest thing to replace, you could do it million times by now. Pool itself is also dirty and very shallow.

Hotel benefits from sulphuric hot water springs - that was main reasons why we headed there. ||Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. We had Comfort room with balcony and lake view in a villa next to main building. Nicely furnished but: landline did not work, there was no hotel book with information like wifi password, restaurant opening hours or list of medical treatments. Noise from outside from passing cars. We spent a weekend there but no-one cleaned the room. ||Wellness centre was somehow standard: small pool with natural hot water (it was great to relax in but only until a loud group arrived), couple of saunas and water treatment area.
