The staff of the museum is very competent and kind. The place itself is well kept and informative however the randomly asked people in Hodonín did not about the location and the museum itself. For us Hungarians, Masaryk is not a positive figure because he was actively linked to the split of the Hungarian Kingdom including incorporating huge Hungarian populated territories into the newly established Czechoslovakia by deception. The new state had to invent the category of the "Czechoslovak" nation because alone the Slovaks had less people than Germans or Hungarians respectively. This artificial state was ceased to exist before the II. World War.
