Rude staff, starting with older dude at the counter who won't even greet you, to lift operators who are shouting at you like you are a dog. That was because I tried to carry my snowboard in hands entering the lift, but was not allowed to: I wanted to do that cause the lift and the beginning of the slope are roughly 100m apart, so walking there would be just simpler... also was told that not having snowboard attached is prohibited by the operational rules, so I checked their website, read through all of the rules and nothing of that kind is stated there..
The second star is only because there were no waiting lines - people probably rather choose Klinovec, which unfortunately is overcrowded, but offering better services in all...

Read moreOne of the best in Czech Republic. Visited during the workdays - Monday to Thursday. Almost no queue, some slope get icy in afternoon. Generally great bang for the buck. Although there is room for improvement - serve with a smile (general problem in Czech), snowmanship (they put a lot of effort to keep the slopes in good shape), the 'would be race skiers', luckily the slopes are wide and its not hard to avoid collision situations.
