Spojením tří domů si nechal Petr Vok z Rožmberka v roce 1581 vystavět toto honosné sídlo. Později - v roce 1609 - ho věnoval své krásné milostnici Zuzaně Vojířové. Říká se, že se tady v noci zjevuje v podobě Bílé paní. ... Rožmberský dům je...

V domě o kterém se říká, že jej nechal postavit poslední Rožmberk, Petr Vokoun, pro svou lásku Zuzanu Vojířovou je umístěno přírodovědné muzeum a v domě samém jsou pořádány výstavy...
