Dueodde — Attraction in Bornholms Regionskommune

A beautiful, wild, and clean coastal area. From the forests to the sea it's simply a special place. The pure white sand is a highlight and it's also a nice beach for children as it's shallow for a wide stretch. Another important thing to note is the boardwalks which make this area accessible for anyone who needs to use wheels of some sort! I saw some comments about algae around the beach - I saw it one day but it was gone the next. So don't let that be the reason not to go, you will miss out on a truly remarkable beach. Went to this beach today. I was worried about conditions after reading other reviews, but there was a small amount of seaweed and smaller waves (fine for small children to play in). There was a bit of a seaweed smell, but nothing too bad and the seaweed didn’t bother me when swimming. At least my personal experience; we had a lovely day, would recommend. The sand is lovely and soft.

Recommend to park in the lot at the end...

One of the finest beaches in Denmark.
