This is a really special museum. Don't expect the exposition of items with text. This place is (as advertised) an exhibition to better understand the spiritual world of the people. For me personally, this was specially impressive for the people from prehistoric times, but one has to be open to listen to the audio bits and and wanting to understand what might have been the thoughts of those people. The exhibition itself is designed very beautiful. Again the three "earliest" rooms stand out: grave mount, swamp and forest are just brilliant. It is rare that I had to think about a museum do much, even weeks after the visit. Very well done.
For people open to listen to another persons thoughts this is a must see. An open mindset is a must. That can be scientific and/or spiritual, doesn't matter.
The audio bits are Danish or English. We went with our daughter of 5 who doesn't understand either. She still had a lot of fun, but it would have been great if more languages were available. Swedish, German,...
