Playa Juanillo — Attraction in Higüey

This beach is okay; there was a lot of seaweed in July and the current/ waves not too strong. The food is okay; the pizza is good but very salty. The customer service is excellent and there is a good amount of chairs and tables and nice bathrooms, nice hammocks and tables area for eating. Drinks are good. But this beach was a maze to get too; honestly a headache because Maps takes you somewhere else, and that’s after you pay for the pass at information center (the $30 goes towards your drinks/food,) and then drive all the way to find the sand parking lot for this place. La prima volta che subisco un ingiustizia così GRAVE , parto dal presupposto che sono cliente esterna , pago allA reception un qr code che sarebbe una carta dove ho caricato dei soldi spendibili presso playa juanillo DOVE NON MI E STATO SPECIFICATO che era spendibile solamnete in un ristorante ma in molti ,poiché è la prima volta che mi recò in questo posto enorme pieno di ristoranti bar hotel ecc, complesso cap cana , vedo questo ristorante sulla spiaggia che sarebbe del SECRETS CAP CANA RESORT , CHIEDO A 5 PERSONE DELLO STAFF MOSTRANDO IL MIO QR COD chiedendo se fosse valido per consumare , confermano persino il capo sala , dopo che eravamo sedute a nostro malgrado viene interrotto il pasto dal ragazzo della reception che non ha voluto sapere ragioni ,nemmeno dopo un ora che abbiamo parlato sia in inglese che in spagnolo ! nonostante non fosse stato un nostro errore ma incompetenza di tutto lo staff che lavora lì da ben 7 anni !abbiamo dovuto pagare il conto del ristorante non potendo usufruire del qr code (noi non avremmo mai mangiato lì )i prezzi del menu non erano esposti e la sorpresa e stata di ben 140 dollari nonostante fossero loro in torto , e oltretutto dopo poche ore abbiamo avuto un INTOSSICAZIONE ALIMENTARE STATE LONTANI DA...

We were staying in the Cap Cana Fishing Lodge and took a $4US taxi there. Ended up staying around 5 hours. We loved it! It has a beautiful white, sandy beach. Very clean, populated but not too much. There's a restaurant and access to other resorts. The water is clean and has a beautiful turquoise color but going in there's lots of shells and rocks which makes it difficult to walk...
