Beautiful place. You get a connection with nature.

The entrance is free. If you want to make the walk by your self you.just need to follow the path. If you want to used a tour guide you should give him a tip (I would recommend that you give him more than RD$100 (US$3))

There path will only take you to the frist two jumps. The rest of the path is still in construction.

You will require to walk about...

MALÍSIMA experiencia. Acabando de entrar en el primer charco, a dos minutos de la entrada, el más cerca de los guías, un LADRÓN bajo de la maleza inmediata y se llevó celular y cartera de dos de nosotros. Si uno del grupo no lo hubiera visto se llevaba todo de las 7 personas.

Actitud de los guardias/guías/(u otra cosa) muy muy mala y sospechosa. Todo da a pensar que saben perfectamente quienes son los (otros?) ladrones...

Nos dijeron que esperáramos 2 horas y que aparecerían los documentos pero "sIn el dinero..."

Otra gente de allá nos comentó que ocurren robos cada sábado.

Entonces, si tu pagas el parqueo, te revisan a la entrada (DESARMÁNDOTE...), cómo puede pasar eso?

Finalmente, uno de los "guías" nos hizo entender que eso "pasó porque no tomamos guía" (para el charco más cercano...). Entonces, los guías son realmente guías? O guardaespaldas? O cómplices de los ladrones? Adaptarán su rol a según?

Gorgeous! One of the cleanest places in all the Dominican which was nice to see. The waterfall is amazing as well and the water super super refreshing to swim in. They do require you to have a guide as it’s a national park and from the entrance to the fall is about a 20-30min walk at most. Not difficult though. Totally worth the...

Yo de verdad que ame visitar el salto. Fue super genial, todo es tan bonito. hay que caminar un poco antes de llegar al salto, supuestamente son bastantes pero mayormente la gente solo llega hasta el segundo o el tercero. El agua es super fría y cristalina en muchas partes, hay muchas partes con rocas y cascadas. Hay un bebedero natural que literalmente el agua sale super cristalina y lista para beber; yo llene mi botella ahí y estaba buenísima. En la parte de afuera hay una señora que le puedes llevar comida para que te la cocine, vas y disfrutas del salto y cuando salgas todo estará listo. y así no hay que preocuparse por llevar comida preparada. Cuando llegas te ofrecen un guía pero no es obligatorio, aunque si no te gusta mucho estar aventurando pues puedes tomarlo y le das una propina al final. Yo definitivamente volveré muchas veces.

Gorgeous! One of the cleanest places in all the Dominican which was nice to see. The waterfall is amazing as well and the water super super refreshing to swim in. They do require you to have a guide as it’s a national park and from the entrance to the fall is about a 20-30min walk at most. Not difficult though. Totally worth the visit! @nothin_but_views
