Es un parque muy bonito. Está aún en construcción aunque ya tiene boulevard para caminar y pasear. Fui en viernes en la noche y había actividades organizadas por el municipio. Ignoro si es algo recurrente y fue sólo ese día. La vista es muy bonita y el lugar parece seguro.

Una de los lugares nuevos de Manta, donde puedes ir a caminar, tomarte unas fotos y si es en el atardecer mucho mejor, es seguro y queda en pleno centro de la ciudad. Av malecón.
