Cerro Casitagua — Attraction in San Antonio

This is another inactive Volcano in Quito , near by the middle of the world. To get to the summit is preferable to start form Pomasqui village ( even there are many trails to the top ) . This is the safest way and direct , so you will avoid to get lost once you arrive to the top ( since that the vegetation is thick and in some parts there's not trail). Once you arrive to the top , you will find a road to follow. This one goes to the viewpoint and the famous lonely tree.
