South Metropolitan Park — Attraction in Turubamba

The city of Quito has a serious problem with their employees keeping dogs at their parks. The dogs become territorial and attack the dogs belonging to park users when they enter "their" area.

One of the employee-fed dogs even attacked my wife at the Mirador when she tried to walk to the restroom.

The guards being paid to keep our parks safe are in reality creating a safety hazard by keeping these aggressive dogs.

Quito needs to remove these dogs being kept by their employees so the park guests can safely use the public parks without having to worry about...
