Firstly, this place is VERY overpriced and overrated, we only had 5 people/groups before us and we waited a bit over 30 minutes and when it’s at its peak times it reaches 20 people waiting before you which would mean at its peak you would have to wait 2.5 hours, all there is to this place is just taking pictures of some illusions which is a cool idea but not worth the 300 EGP ticket per person and you only get 1 hour to do everything you need and if you want to spend more time you would have to pay extra, however there is only 2 good illusions that you can consider a little fun, are the infinite room and a place at the end which you stand on a bridge that is still and the surrounding around you spin which makes you feel like the bridge is moving, anything else is just for pictures which you can see anywhere else, however you can not spend too much time on any illusions as staff try to get you out so another group can try the illusions so you pay 300 EGP just to get kicked out of each illusions, it’s too overpriced and overrated i would 100% not recommend...
Read morei called the number on the site 3 times with no answer whatsoever so i called the walk of cairo 2 times with no answer either so we decided to visit without calling prior. when we arrived there after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes the guy told us they’re booked for the day and if he gave us a ticket we wouldn’t have the time to go in the museum before they close. when i told him i called the number they put on their site he simply told me it’s not his problem. we asked to speak to the manager he told us that he is the manager. told him it’s not okay to have a clearly unusable number and he said we should take it up with his superiors on sunday very confidently. such a terrible experience i wouldn’t recommend it and even if you come early in the morning you’re gonna have to wait for your turn for at least 3 hours which isn’t worth a few pictures. not to mention the prices which are extremely expensive why would i pay 800 LE to enter with my family 3ashan...
Read moreVery disappointing.. There's a very annoying rule we didn't know about before going there, which is that we have to finish our tour within one hour, regardless of the number of the group or the children we have.. The museum staff kept pushing us to move from one room to another fast so that we finish within the "one hour limit", so we couldn't enjoy the place peacefully or take proper photos and try everything. Knowing that we had 4 kids with us who were pretty difficult to manage, they could at least give us some more time to enjoy, specially that the place wasn't crowded at all this day, and more so because of the price of the ticket which can't be considered cheap by any mean (350 LE per person).. The place is quite small too and the staff weren't very friendly.. The two stars given are for the innovation and the idea, but I'm so disappointed that I'll never...
