As a Google Local Guide, I recently had the pleasure of visiting "Tails of Cairo," a unique and charming animal enclosure located within the exclusive Beverly Hills Compound in Sheikh Zayed. The experience begins the moment you arrive, as you’re given a cup of carrot slices to immediately start your interactive journey with the animals. A friendly and knowledgeable staff member accompanies you throughout your visit, offering interesting insights and detailed information about each animal's species, feeding habits, and nature. The place is compact and well-organized, featuring a delightful variety of animals including goats, turtles, deer, rabbits, and chickens. While most animals are kept in secure enclosures, a beautiful peacock roams freely, adding a special, vibrant touch to the setting. I found "Tails of Cairo" to be an ideal and highly engaging experience for children, particularly the younger ones, who can enjoy direct interaction and feeding. The tour lasts about an hour, which is the perfect length to keep little ones captivated. Tails of Cairo is a small buy neatly maintained petting zoo located inside the WOC in Sheikh Zayed City. Given the tiny location, I felt it was a bit pricey.
