Ramses II Red Granite Statue is a very beautiful archaeological site. All the stone sculptures are simply amazing and the size of them is just unbelievable! Everything is just so big and massive, is just unbelievable that they can move all these sculptures around and put them in place. Some of these got to weigh more than a building alone! The amount of detail that they have into the sculptures and workmanship is simply unbelievable! All they move these massive Stone sculptures without them breaking is a feet on its own! I definitely recommend if you are in Cairo that you visit this site because it is one...

Visited Mit Rahina 11 October 2022 At the end of the site stands this 11 metre tall of Ramses II this time constructed of red granite. We visited the site late in the afternoon and were one of a handful visitors there.
