Lovely snorkeling site getting destroyed by folks walking on corals and treating reef like it's s swimming pool
Yesterdays visit was absolutely sad for me. Local and international visitors killing corals without even understanding or caring what they are doing. So let's go over the basics
Do not swim in Islands if you cant read and understand a tide timetable -Do not sit or stand on anything in a coral reef area even if the tide is low. No standing means crawling on your stomach very low to corals in low tide so generally just dont go there at low tide. do not snorkel or swim in the area unless you can swim out of your dept for at least 30 mins
