Lagona Dahab Hotel - قرية لاجونا دهب — Hotel in South Sinai

The first time I entered this resort, I was fascinated by the sea view and the clean environment . But what I can say is that the service here is very bad 👎🏻 . The first problem we faced was that they did not provide keys for some of our rooms, not only was the security level low but they even said that they had provided the keys from the beginning, so we had to pay to replace them, what a shameful scam .

Secondly , the staff there tried to extort money from us in various ways, they offered help that was not needed at all and then asked for money after they had done it themselves.

Thirdly , their staff ruined our vacation! They came to ruin the place where we wanted to cook and eat, they offered to help cook, we told them, we don't need them, we have our own way of cooking! They kept messing with us until our food fell and one of them laughed at all this! It didn't stopped there! The owner of the place charged us more than the agreed price because his staff said they helped us prepare this barbecue, What the?

I'm not exaggerating, I'm describing the real situation, I don't want to bring down any business people, I welcome improvements and bad reviews are the best way to bring about...

I would like to thank all hotel team for their hospitality specially Mr.Ahmed and the uniqueness Mrs.Sarah.||I really enjoyed my time there ,one of the best hotels that won’t let u go out, there are amazing view ... see and mountains and one minute walk by the see to be on with the most famous and fabulous sight seeing (Lagona) also 20 minuets walk by the see to be in famous street bazaars and restaurant (Al-Masharaba) or 5mint by car or 10mint by bicycle.also u can stayed their there are a supermarket and they helped u to deliver for any restaurants.plz contact with the office if u wanna organiz any trip not the fake trip u get nowadays.||In night at the beach it’s amazing stars view and clearly Milky Way its quite place and there are a night guard so take a safety nap time.||The room are special clean and quiet it’s built by Hassan Fathy architecture with different vibes it orders helps to relax its awesome to be under dome.||Don’t worry about traveling alone because with them u can easily sense evolved privacy and respect . ||Highly Recommendations for families , girls and grooms. ||Really they are over expectations.. keep...
