Elamuskeskus Tuuletorn - Windtower Experience — Attraction in Hiiumaa vald

The exhibition was nice. While there was nothing mind-blowing and most of it was textual, it had a few pretty interesting bits. The facility looked beautiful and clean, it's clear that a lot of thought and hard work has gone into the whole experience - the architecture, interior design, graphics/branding design etc. The cafe was amazing as well - we actually ended up changing our travel plans the next day just so we could squeeze in another visit before we left the island. Each dish had a unique twist to it, making it stand out from the norm (for example, I never realized how well roasted oatmeal fits on pancakes!) and was served beautifully. The sweet potato fries with kimchi were genuinely some of the best I've ever had. The prices, while not cheap, felt fair considering the quality and weren't unnecessarily bloated up like is the case for most other tourist attractions like this. Staff was friendly. Awesome place with an interactive museum and a climbing wall. All the younger employees were wonderful. However, the one older employee (seemed like a manager?) manning the front desk was one of the rudest customer service providers I have ever interacted with. She was not just rude but also downright disparaging for no apparent reason,as if she enjoyed tormenting her clients. This was not only the case with our service but also the way this employee acted with customers (including a young child) in line in front of us. Went here for the first time! There's a lot to do and with the new bowling alley open with four lanes, it's a great addition to the entertainment scene in Hiiumaa.

While the food menu prices are what you'd expect from a bowling place, a bit on the steep side and it can take a bit at times in terms of calculating the remaining pins (though rarely) - but overall I have nothing to complain about.

For the owners, I suggest adding bowling to the services list or somewhere else so people would be able to search up the...
