Hidden gem of Hiiumaa island, it exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality which is in my opinion higher than most of thai places in Tallinn. This is one and only thai place in Estonia where 2 pepper sign means really spicy food (I wonder how tastes their 3 pepper dish...). You do not have to ask to make it more spicy, trust me, I am a spicy lover, normally when I see 3 pepper sign in asian restaurants in Estonia I ask to make it 5 and it is still kind of mild for me.
