I had a wonderful experience here and want to go back as soon as possible. I purposely chose to go in January so the water would be as cold as possible and it was. Zero degrees and exhilarating.
The whole set up I thought was great. Good size lockers just outside the changing rooms to put valuables in. Most people left their boots and coats in the changing rooms as there was plenty of room. From the changing room you went straight into the shower area, then either side were two very hot saunas. Very clean and relaxed, men only (women other side). Outside the saunas there were signs saying no bathing costumes but it was a mix, so no pressure to go naked if you don't want to. I found it was mainly the older generation that went naked and the younger not so much. Honestly though who cares, it's so relaxed nobody cares either way.
You leave the sauna area and go down the steps to the frozen lake. This was absolutely incredible. I did about 1 min in the cold water and felt so alive whilst walking back up to the sauna.
At 1pm the smoke saunas opened. I didn't know what to expect really as I'd never been in one before. There were two small ones and a larger one. These were mixed and everyone had a bathing costume on. These things are insanely hot, especially when they pour the water on the stones. Before you go in you can grab a thin wooden board that are hanging up to sit on. It is very dark in there and a kind gentleman had a small pen light to guide me up the steps, I'll remember to take one the next time I go. I managed about 7/8 minutes in there and went back down to the cold water. The water didn't seem as cold this time due to the extreme hot sauna. I repeated this several times for the next three hours and finally left feeling 10 years longer.
There is a café on site which I didn't use but it did look nice. I had a walk around the lake which was stunning with all the snow. I then got the bus back to Helsinki which was effortless, just one change and very cheap. I bought a day ticket from the terminal for...

The saunas inside the building (two of them) have a different price than the saunas outside (three of them, two smaller ones and a bigger one). It has a big area for picnic and have some sun and a big beach area. Clean and supervised. Also an inside coffee with beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, cappuccino, etc) and different food like...
