Amazing place! Amazing Champagne! WOW!!
You know there has been very few places that get to a large scale production but still keep that small business feel of the human touch, which some of the other places have lost. Writing a review now though I've visited the house in June of last year.
The house runs tours once or twice a day for a small group of people with a tasting of 5 or 6 of their champagnes from the most basic Extra Brut to the most exclusive Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. The house grounds are kept in pristine condition and have some the best plots on which the grapes are grown right next to the founder's house. The house from what we were told is still occupied, which is wonderful to see that the owners are still involved in some little way with their ancestor's creation.
The cellars are amazing and are a must to visit. And champagne!!... Oh the...

Read moreA great family-run house. Exclusive and excellent champagne. Friendly when they know you are coming! We had a 3 hour tour and tasting which was fantastic. You really get to see the process and stepping into the Clos out the back is magic.
Make sure you book and know the champagne already before visiting. This is an advanced tour for fanatics!
