Excellent traditional Bistro in the heart of champagne country. Great quality food, staff all spoke good enough English and service was swift, even on a relatively busy Tuesday lunch. Salmon in champagne sauce was amazing, entrecôte tasty, “simple” Burger & chips significant size and clearly made with quality meat.

Food is really good especially Andouillette and burger. Andouillette is the sausage stuffed with intestine. Texture is good without any unpleasant smell. Only 1 staff could speak English but everyone is nice and helpful. Definitely recommended.
