Uitbater Jerôme heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. We gingen net na sluittijd arriveren maar na een telefoontje stelde hij zijn middagpauze voor ons nog even uit. De verkoopsruimte oogt modern en kregen voldoende informatie. Hun producten verkopen zich eigenlijk zelf want de Champagne is echt lekker, zonder zure of wrange nasmaak maar ook niet overzoet.
