Aquamotion Courchevel — Attraction in Albertville

We were so excited to go in as many people told us we were lucky to have access because we stayed at the ecrin blanc hotel and had free access to it. We placed our stuff in the locker but It was opened when we left cuz we had to scan the bracelet back and we didn’t know. The cleaner was standing there and didn’t teach us we thought it was closed. When I came to take our stuff my phone was stolen from the bucket of my robe which belonged to the hotel and my husband t-shirt. The moment the cleaner saw me before heading to my locker he was following me and saying Mam mam mam this is your locker this is how I open it and I looked and I felt weird as how do u know which one is my locker. Apparently he couldn’t hide his panic . He knew there were no cameras and he pretended that he was cleaning . We reported the missing items to the reception and he was so rude to us it was closing time and he didn’t give us an extra minute to try and locate the phone after closing time and said we should leave in a rude way. The next day we spoke to the Manager he was nice to us and tried to help us. But said he can’t accuse someone as it was open. I would have Gavin this place 1 star from how mad I’m I lost all of my important information but the manager and his assistant were nice and tried to help and took our phone number incase he found it. I HOPE they will take an action towards their works as coming to such a nice place and trusting the people by putting your stuff in the locker to have fun then getting ripped off from their worker let’s u never trust that place again . The long anticipated awesome family experience was totally ruined right at the reception by some Russian-speaking staff person who, knowing that we speak Russian and English, pretended for long time she speaks French, and refused to give us rightful 20% discount from ESF well posted on school flyers and their site. She was so poorly informed about that she started claiming the discount is only for ESF students attending the pool... with their ski teacher(!) Nothing like that was said on site or flyers. She kept us at the reception arguing for 25 minutes, I had 1.5 year old son who started crying, and a 8 year old daughter who got so much tired she didn't want to go there. Only for a few quid discount I would have paid anyway, but I wanted to show her in her face that it wasn't me, the client, lying as she assumed I was really humiliated by this assumption and treatment, especially in this high profile resort by some low key reception service person individual. Then noone told us sauna wasn't included with the ticket given to me, again only found out when walked in and was asked to leave! Then the aquaplaning pool well advertised on video was out of service, nothing was said about that. Finally, towels were not included, and hey, even for family with 3 kids they wanted 7€ per towel! Aquamotion – Fun, Accessible, and Perfect for All Ages

We had full access to Aquamotion as part of our stay at Écrin Blanc Resort Courchevel, and it was a fantastic experience for both kids and adults.

Service & Accessibility - The staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I required a water wheelchair, and they went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Every staff member was aware of my needs and happy to assist me in getting into the pools. It was never a problem. The entire facility is thoughtfully designed, and I was impressed by how wheelchair-accessible all areas were.

Facilities for Families – The variety of activities is excellent. From slides that keep children of all ages entertained, to diving boards, fitness classes, and dedicated swimming areas, there’s something for everyone. The outdoor pools were a big hit, especially when the sun came out.

Relaxation for Adults – Beyond the fun and energy, the wellness area is a real highlight. It provided a peaceful space to unwind while the kids enjoyed the slides and pools – the perfect balance of family excitement and adult relaxation.
