Domaine De Métifiot — Attraction in Arles

Our group of 7 had a wonderful experience here at the winery on a tour and tasting. We were given an in depth presentation on how the wine and olive is harvested and made, by a charming guide that looked after us well. The combination of wine traditions and hi-tech systems was fascinating to hear about, as well as a tour of the manufacturing processes. We may have been the only people at the winery but that didn’t stop us having a lovely time. We went for the tour and tasting - our guide was warm, friendly and down to earth. Her knowledge was comprehensive and she had a real passion for wine. The wines were 10/10, not a single one we didn’t like and it was nice to chat and get to know our guide whilst tasting. We had an amazing time at our wine tasting experience at Domaine De Métifiot that exceeded our expectations! Our host was so friendly and informative, explaining the unique environment of the winery and all the elements that go into the process of making their wines. We got to sample five different wines, all of which were delicious, as well as sample two varieties of olive oil. The setting itself is also idyllic and this was well worth the price....
