Aquapark du Mont blanc — Attraction in Bonneville

We enjoyed our visit on a Wednesday before noon in late August, there were only a few visitors. It was a chilly day with light rain (fortunately we did all the hiking near Chamonix in the days before).

The lake water was cold, we couldn’t stay much longer than 45 minutes anyway, and that’s just enough time to experience all the parts of this water park. It was in good condition and well inflated.

The staff was very kind and friendly, they brought us a chair to put our clothes, and also took photos per our request.

The activity is a lot of fun, some parts are more challenging, we slipped and fell into the water and swam back, it was funny :-)

Coming from Chamonix, where we paid 130 Euros for 20 minutes of paragliding, we thought that 10 Euros for 45 minutes was very reasonable and fair.

Pay 10 euros for 45 minutes of fun, keeping your kids busy with swimming, climbing, and playing among other excited children? Sign me up! The water park is great, with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. They take the time to explain the rules in English as well. At first glance, it may seem like no one is actively supervising, but they are actually keeping a close eye on everything. The zero tolerance policy on pushing and unruly behavior, which has been criticized in some negative comments, is completely understandable. It can be quite chaotic in the water, and everyone needs to contribute to a safe and enjoyable...

Une blague… mais pas drôle. Honnêtement, ce “parc aquatique gonflable” est une honte. On a payé une fortune pour une heure sur des structures qui ressemblent plus à une vieille bouée dégonflée qu’à un vrai parcours fun. Tout est sale, mal fixé, certaines parties sont carrément inutilisables ou dangereuses. Le personnel ? À peine aimable, et pas du tout vigilant. Niveau sécurité, zéro : aucun briefing sérieux, gilets de sauvetage trop grands ou trop petits, et personne pour surveiller quand un enfant galère dans l’eau.

De plus le gars avec le short rouge qui se prends pour le cow-boy à une haleine insoutenable et un ventre qui fait de l’ombre, une honte !

Les plateformes glissent comme une patinoire (merci les algues et la crasse), résultat : une entorse pour mon frère au bout de 10 minutes. On a dû écourter, aucune compensation proposée. C’est censé être un moment fun en famille, on a eu l’impression de participer à un jeu de survie mal organisé. À éviter absolument, surtout si vous tenez à votre dos, votre portefeuille… et...
