Excellent family skiing location. Great facilities, easy to find, plenty of parking so long as you arrive early. Well maintained pistes, great covering of snow and once you get to the top the whole range opens up and you can quite literally ski for miles from resort to resort.
They even have an annual snow rugby tournament with some absolute legends of the game, including RWC winners. All friendly, very chatty and just out to have a good time with old mates and plenty of sauce 🍷🍸🍾🥂🍻🍺🍹🍻🍹🥂🍸🍷🎉🎊

It is great for beginners and intermediate skiers/boarders. There are plenty of runs and they are all linked well.
The area is huge with several areas to go and explore, although advanced skiers might not find enough to keep them happy. There isn't much in the way off off pieste but if you want some nice wide slopes then this is great.
We were there for the hottest week they ever had in February and the snow held up well considering the conditions.

As I was looking out for some specific pistes for a nervy friend he was able to shortcircuit the task for me. Excellent. Okay, so why do other areas get you to fend for yourselves? A negative? Yes. If skiing is to get youngsters involved a 45 euro ticket for 4 hours needs to be addressed. Oh and silly prices for walkers to get up the hill to eat also needs some attention.
