Waterhole biotope — Attraction in Bonneville

Worst pool experience ever, when entering you must have a certificate that you tested negative for Covid-19 or a certificate that you have been vaccinated. Also, after you have paid and entered the pool area, there is a sign that says you can’t wear swimming shorts and you have to wear a speedo, this sign wasn’t visible before you enter. Also, the staff is very rude and when you want to eat and drink something, you must wear a t-shirt or you’ll get kicked out immediately. The pool is also very dirty and there are sharp rocks and animals like frogs and tadpoles. Never...

Beautiful place and view as you have a direct view on the Mt Blanc but... lack of organisation even if you have booked in avance verrrry long queue at the entrance and you have to do it twice to get an umbrella (payed) or be cooked like a roast beef on a bbq waiting one speedo are mandatory if you want to acess the swimming pool so put it in your luggage And if you have booked the restaurant no direct access you have to exit and re enter @ the restaurant So think more about the customer experience...

Place is fantastic but they have this stupid rule about swim shorts. You can’t wear them if you are a men. Even applies to kids. Seems also discriminatory towards men as women can wear whatever they want.

Update after owner’s response. Women can wear a bikini, a trikini, a full swimsuit or a thong. Men MUST wear really tight swimsuit shorts. We all want to respect nature and this special place, but makes no sense the length of the cloth is only relevant when men...
