Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze — Attraction in Brignoles

It's been 5 years since we last visited, but little has changed, although the selection of really good wine has evolved. This time I was looking for some dry red and pale and not-too-fruity rosé. I came away happy in both scores and will be happy to tell friends back home "You need to go there yourself. They don't export ".

A winery that was well worth the drive! Not only are the wines fab (especially impressed with their selection of reds and the La Chapelle Rose), but you can do a fab hike through the surrounding area that starts right by the car park. Really nice and very friendly staff, all explanations in English but of course the star was the wine, specially the red wine called Chapelle which is produced from the best grapes, this means it is not produced each year, the last production was 2019, before that was 2015 and 2010. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed....
