The Lake Sainte Suzanne — Attraction in Brignoles

Summer in Provence is all about water and hike. One of the picturesque hiking trail is found in the village of Carces.

One of the largest artificial lake in this region is the lake Sainte Suzanne. Situated in the middle of the hillsides, it’s mostly plain. Quite at nice path to walk along the lake, mostly shaded with trees. Many locations to sit beside the water and have picnic with family and friends.

Only a few places with picnic tables though.

Parking could be a concern and you may have to walk a bit extra for that.

Carry enough water to avoid scorching heat...

Le lac de sainte Suzanne n'est pas une splendeur , mais il à des arguments pour qu'on y passe au moins une fois. La végétation est abondante les points de vue sont agréables , on peut pique-niquer tout autour , pour les amateurs de pêche ils y trouveront surement leur bonheur ,il ya aussi une guinguette sympathique ou l'on peut manger ou se rafraîchir. Je crois qu'avec tout ça on peut venir y...

C'est lac artificiel, malheureusement interdit à la baignade et exclusivement destiné à la pêche, est un vrai régal aux yeux. L'eau est d'un vert magnifique et rafraîchissant.
