O2 Aventure — Attraction in Carcassonne

We had a great afternoon here. There are several courses: in the middle of the grounds is a section for younger kids. We did most of the sections for older kids and adults with our 9 year old daughter.

The parcours have quite some variation, including cool zip lines over the adjacent lake (and back) . You will have some nice views while climbing!

All looked well maintained and the staff were friendly. Drinks and small snacks (waffles, crepes, ice cream etc) are available at reasonable prices.

We've been to several places like this over the years and O2 Aventure stands out due to it's location...

Based at Lac d Caveyere. A fantastic tree top adventure, professionally run. There was an instructor who was able to tell us everything in English.

July 2024 cost about £18 each for our teenagers.

We took the 2B bus from Le Dome as we were staying in the centre of Carcassonne. It was €1 each way CASH.

You can take the 2 but the journey is longer.

This is the second year we have visited with 2 children and 2 fairly unfit adults. It's a brilliant way to spend an afternoon and to find muscles that you never knew existed. There are about 50 individual bits and the zipwires over the lake are awesome! Every single member of staff we met was so friendly and incredibly helpful and almost all spoke some english. If you're in the area with active kids then I can't recommend this place highly enough. Great value...
