Parc Aquaviva Carcassonne — Attraction in Carcassonne

This place is awesome!! So much fun. I took my family here and everyone loved it. The staff are friendly, you get in and out the water a lot so tire quickly, there's a snack shack if you need anything and lockers too. Life jackets are mandatory and provided. Towels bring your own and bring your own snacks too if you like for after the swimming. It's a massive open public park all around.

There's a short walk from the free car park around the lake before you get to the water park access (about 10 min stroll) but that's better on the way back as you laugh about how high/upside down you ended up off the big slide :) it's cheap too really.. £35 for family of 4. Well organised and well priced - this outdoor inflatable water park was a great way to spend time with the family, and only a 10 minute drive from Carcassonne. We’ve been to a few of these inflatable obstacle courses in France and this has been the most extensive and best run we’ve visited so far. A short 1.5 km walk from the car park on the footpath around the lake, the price is the same for children (min age 5) and adults, priced by the hour, two hours, five hours or the whole day! For the largest slides -which are great fun and give you some airtime as your propelled into the air- the park charges an additional €5.
