Armorique - Géoparc mondial UNESCO Natural Regional Park — Attraction in Châteaulin

PARC Naturel Regional d'armorique is a Beautiful 360-Degree View On Top of a Small Mountain. The View is Breathtaking and is Situated in Brittany, France. One Drives up a short Hill, and there is a Free Car Park from which One Walks up a flight of Stairs embedded in The Rock Face about 60-Feet High. Once you Reach the Top were there is a very old Church that is famous for Visitors whom visit here to say Prayers or To Spiritually be Closer to God. The View is Breathtaking and The Landscape is Very Photogenic because one is looking down at the Vast Landscape for miles. This is a Brilliant place to Take Photographs of the Natural Landscape. My wife and I took our son here to walk and ride our bikes. We found the place to be absolutely stunning although it can be compared quite closely to Cornwall where we come from there is still plenty to do and see. We attended several markets during our stay in Leon, Tregor and Cornouaille and we also saw dancing and a wide range of traditional music. We also attended a museum which was very nice. All in all we counted this as a very worth while trip and we could have spent much longer than we did...

This whole piece of land has amazing opportunities. You can have a nice hike around the coast on the GR34, more than 100km long!! On the other hand you can find good surf areas in pen hat beach or Palue beach. If you like climbing, you are lucky as well. The region around Pen Hir offers a big amount of climbing routes from 3 to 8 French scale. With a height up to 50 - 60m. In total for me one of the best areas in Europe to hang out.
