Station du Lac Blanc — Attraction in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

Visit on 27. December Detailed review of the ski area:

Arrival: Taking the road via Col du Bonhomme and arriving around 10am at Col du Calvaire (mountain station of the chairlift) I parked on the roadside just next to the ski run. Since it was during the Christmas holidays and perfect weather, I expected lots of people, but it didnt get that crowded at all.

Ski pass: The ski pass could be bought right next to the lift station (sadly only 1 cashier). It was less than 20€ for a 4h pass.

The ski runs: So above the road on the mountain top are the beginner runs. Next to them are also 2 more interesting runs: a black and a red run. Short but sweet. These 2 are connected to a separate ski lift. The ski runs under the road down to the chairlift valley station are pretty long for typical Vosges standards, I was astounded. Combining the green beginner run on top with the blue down to the valley, you even get a 2km run. The red runs down to the valley are very fun and challenging. Sadly one of the red runs had little pebbles and grass spots on it. Col du Calvaire (hoogte 1134 m.), Orbey, France Maison d'accueil de la Station du Lac Blanc Woensdag 31 juli j.l. van 8.00 - 10.00 uur.

Het is van Laveline du Houx af toch wel 50 km. rijden om deze wandeling met gids te kunnen maken. We liepen hoog boven het Lac Blanc zodat wij de gemsen konden zien op de rotswanden. Al in het begin kwamen we 3 gemsen tegen, maar die waren snel weg. De gids wist waar hij moest kijken en in de verte zagen wij ze liggen en grazen. Heel leuk om te zien in een prachtige omgeving. De gids heeft veel verteld (in het frans, maar af en toe ook in duits) over het ontstaan van het gebergte en meren, over de gemsen en zijn vijanden en nog veel meer. Kortom een aanrader om te doen voor een iedereen...

Superbe . La luge d'été Tricky track au top. Juste dommage que le vendeur au guichet...n'était pas plus "cool" on a d'abord acheté 2 tickets pour "essayer" avec 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans... et ils ont adoreeee donc forcément ils ont voulu des tours supplémentaires en retournant en acheté j'ai demandé si je pouvais tout de même profiter de la formule 5 achetés = 1 tour offert.... si j'en achète encore 3...ben non...dommage
