We booked a tour at 11am by eMail and made the deposit. When arriving, a from the beginning very unfriendly old woman said there are no tours at 11am and they put us at 3pm. We even showed her the emails where they even mentioned there are tours at 11am - I am happy to upload the mail here. Instead of being sorry, apologizing and looking for a solution she was even more unfriendly and arrogant. The way of talking and behaving from the woman was not at all welcoming and we did not have time to come again at 3pm. So we took the deposit back and left. Really no manners and costumer services. Please send her to costumer service school for manners. No problem, there are many more chateaus and we are happy to spend our money there. On top the little dog of the chateau almost bit our little daughter who wanted to stroke him.
Addition: dear owner please stop writing fairy tale stories that you warned us about the dog and told us about age, cancer etc. of the dog. This is simply not true. We had a written black and white confirmation email for Sunday at 11am a vineyard visit, and the woman at the reception started literally screaming on us saying that they do not have any tours even after we showed written confirmation she was still behaving like she is in a BAZAAR instead of simply apologising that for unknown reason they did not want to have paid tour to take place. We wanted to buy some rose, and the employee (Olivier) offered us a discount - €30 per bottle instead of €32,50. We therefore decided to buy multiple bottles. Back home, we found out they didn’t give us the discount but even charged us 37,50 per bottle! When we returned the next day, we expected to receive a sorry and (at least) get the difference back. But the woman in the shop received us with such arrogance, denied that this could have happened and walked away to help another customer.
