Presqu'Île Caravelle — Attraction in La Trinité

Must visit for all tourists to Martinique. A well-maintained mature preserve that showcases local ecology in a very enlightening and practical way. The mangroves are the feature and must be appreciated. The immense density of wildlife here will impress you, both flora and fauna. The trails are well-maintained and easy, though getting to the beach and the Caravelle viewpoint does take some walking.

One of the most beautiful preserved place in Martinique! It's so wonderful to "share" our breakfast with Georges every morning on the terrace facing THE 180° view. But let me introduce the nicknamed Georges. It's a selfish bird ready for breakfast from 6am almost "seating" at your table. Not scared at all. No wife, no kids... All the food for itself. Stunning views and pristine sands if you head to the right beach (not the easy tourist one). A mad drive along rugged tracks which will make you think you’re going the wrong way on more than one occasion, stay with it you’ll be rewarded by having most of the beach to yourself.
