Our visit to Château d’Issan was nothing short of extraordinary. Our guide, Laura, brought the estate’s story to life with warmth, passion, and deep knowledge in a way that felt both personal and unforgettable.

Of all the visits and tastings we experienced during our time in Bordeaux and the Médoc, this one stood out above the rest. Laura struck that rare balance of being informative without ever feeling scripted—sharing history, winemaking insight, and thoughtful detail with genuine enthusiasm. It was clear to us that she doesn’t just know wine—she lives and breathes the spirit of the château.

Chateau d’Issan was an absolutely amazing experience!

My host, Laura, was so sweet and clearly so passionate about the chateau. She was such a great host walking us around the property, to the vines, through the fermentation room and to the barrel rooms before leading our tasting.
