Chateau Ambe Tour Pourret's cooking school was a fun and delicious experience. The chateau's kitchen was set up perfectly for learning how to make French cuisine and Chef Quentin was a gifted and patient instructor. We learned cooking skills that we plan to use making French meals for our friends at home.
