Lieu où on se sent en insécuité. Au niveau des stades de baseball, les prostituées raccolent et il y a des personnes qui ne sont construit des abris de fortune avec des chiens errants et agressifs. Ce n'est pas un endroit sûr pour aller se promener avec un chien ou de jeunes enfants et pour les jeunes sportifs. Ces gens ont dû fuire le centre de Paris et là , ils sont bien cachés...et ça ne dérange pas les services de Madame Hidalgo. Pourtant cet endroit appartient bien à la...
