Cherchant un producteur de vins naturels, nous nous sommes tournés vers ce producteur. Arrivant à l'improviste, nous avons pu déguster sa grande variété de production. L'amour de son travail respire totalement dans son vin. Difficile de faire son choix tant ses produits sont délicieux. Je conseille vivement le gewurztraminer nature: tout simplement somptueux avec ses arômes de rose et litchi, une découverte très gourmande, mais aussi le N⁰6, mélange de 6 cépages, mais tous ses vins sont vraiment très très bons.
