Fort d'Aubervilliers — Attraction in Saint-Denis

Place difficult to find, gate closed, poor indication, no personnel at the entrance. On the tickets and on internet it was indicated that the programme would start at 7pm but the personnel told us it would start at 7:30. At 7:30 they let in people who had booked for 'initiation au chant' and we where asked to wait for another half an hour in an open yard, so we left. No organisation at all. Ancient fortress now closed and derelict... it looks like some kind of "regeneration project" is on it's way,maybe something to do with the Paris 2024 olympic games.Some cinema studios and probably set builders are still active by this site,local artists are also using the hangar to do some exhibitions or occasional evening events...a huge place taken over by the nature on one side and the caterpillars...

Spacious venue that is large enough to comfortably host a large crowd. Yet, it’s also small enough to not feel like you’ll get lost in a sea of people.
