Absolutely STUNNING chateau!! On our holiday to France, my family and I found this hidden gem in a tour book of the Périgord area. The owners are working very hard to restore this castle, and offer guided tours every hour to learn about the castle's history and architecture. We loved that the tour was really personal- this castle was owned by the father of one of the owners, and was even her childhood home!! Both the owners speak excellent English and made us feel very welcomed- we really appreciated learning about this beautiful piece of history! Right now, the outside is the only area that can be viewed, but we will be returning once the inside is open. Photos of the inside look amazing, it is beautifully decorated in the areas that have been restored. We are excited to return and see the difference on our next holiday!!
