Plage De vitrac — Attraction in Sarlat-la-Canéda

Popped here for a day out and it was lovely. Pebble beach on the bank of the Dordogne river, perfect for kids and adults to paddle out or swim. You'll need footwear as it is stoney and slippery though. On site there is a cafe and canoe hire (although it's best to book your canoes in advance). Jolie petite plage, non surveillée. Il y a de l'ombre, contre le talus. Prévoyez des chaussures car dans l'eau et sur la plage, il n'y a que des galets. Il y a une légère odeur de vase mas je pense que c'est sur chaque plage de la Dordogne. Sur le bord les enfants sont en sécurité mais à 15m du bord, il y a beaucoup de courant et les canoë passent.
