Sur recommandation d'un restaurant ( les caves de la Genevraie un lieu unique avec un repas succulent.) qui nous a conseillé de venir visiter la champignonniere que nous avons trouvé très agréable et instructive avec un guide sympa et à l'écoute nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait aussi un domaine viticole. A la sortie de la visite on nous propose de déguster le vin du domaine sans modération avec grand plaisir nous avons goûter plusieurs cépages et ce jeune homme vraiment accueillant et le cœur sur la main nous a parlé de la famille Roulleau dont l'histoire nous a vraiment touché et comme il était midi passé et que nous avions terminé nos achats tout en discutant nous nous posions la question Où allons nous manger? Et c'est avec son grand cœur qu'il nous propose de nous installer dans un endroit privé au milieu de leur vigne une chapelle où nous avons mangé un endroit magique et remplis d'émotions nous avons allumé une bougie par respect et écris un petit mot Nous venons de Haute-Marne en famille nos enfants et notre petit fils Merci et encore merci...
